I don’t even know where to start…. Went there to get 2 pedicures with my younger sister and walked in put us in chairs with cold water then when I said something they were rude about it. The service was so rushed. The place was not clean. And one of the girls had hickies all over her neck. Have some class. Never going there again
I was a bit anxious about getting a manicure and pedicure for the first time. However, it turned out well. They took great care of my feet, calluses, and even gave me a little spa treatment. This will definitely become a routine for me. Men can come here. Don’t he shy.
Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid This Salon at All Costs I’ve been getting my nails done regularly for over 15 years, and I’ve never had such an awful experience as I did at this salon. I came in for an acrylic fill and a shellac pedicure. Right after leaving, I went to Costco—and within an hour, half my nails were already peeling. The polish underneath was still wet and sticky, like it hadn’t even dried properly. By the next day, my nails looked absolutely horrendous—peeling off and totally ruined. I went back to the salon to give them a chance to fix it. They redid the shellac, but—drumroll—the exact same thing happened again. Everything peeled off by the next morning. I had to find time to come back yet again, completely frustrated. Yes, they did offer to redo the color again, but I’m sorry—after having to waste time and fuel twice in just two days, I wasn’t about to gamble on it a third time just to see if it peels again and I end up right back there. I didn’t feel like being their test subject anymore. When I politely asked for a refund, they tried to push me into just changing the color to avoid giving my money back. I made it clear: I didn’t want any more services from them—I just wanted a refund so I could get my nails done properly elsewhere. To make matters worse, the older woman who dealt with me was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Out of the $93.50 I paid, they refunded me only $30 for the polish. That’s it. No apology. No ownership. When I finally went to another reputable salon, the staff there were shocked I had even paid for the work I received. They had to completely remove and redo everything—both my manicure and pedicure. Also worth noting: during my very first visit, a couple came in with a scheduled appointment, but the salon had no available staff for them. They sat waiting, completely ignored, and eventually just walked out. That should’ve been a red flag about the kind of “service” London Nails provides. Save your time, your money, and your patience. This place is completely unprofessional, delivers terrible quality, and treats customers with zero respect. I’m beyond disappointed and will absolutely never return.
So amazed everytime I go! But this time wasn’t a disappointment either!!!…. They gave me the best most amazing nails I ever could’ve DREAMED of getting. Beyond In love! Thank you ladies!!!!
